Join us next on our stepping journey across Mexico where we’ll warm up and do the first combo near the hot air balloon launch site, where balloons are preparing to take flight at sunrise. These balloons soar over one of the most impressive archaeological sites in the world—the ancient city of Teotihuacan, home to the iconic Sun and Moon Pyramids. The aerial views are absolutely breathtaking. (We highly recommend booking a hot air balloon flight. It was a spectacular experience!)
For our second combination, we’ll move closer to the pyramids themselves with a fantastic view of the Pyramid of the Sun, one of the largest pyramids in Mesoamerica, built around 200 AD. It’s such a deeply spiritual location and fun to imagine civilizations of people who once inhabited the area. Our step bench wasn’t allowed into the pyramid complex, but nature provided—we found the perfect patch of grass to use in place of a step bench.
