Dear Jenny,
I love your workouts and you have reignited my love for step. What I would love to see are a few intermediate interval/HIIT workouts for those of us who are post menopause and don’t have the estrogen we need to recover well from a longer intense workout. Maybe 15-20 min. Just to get that HIIT/step goodness without the days-long exhaustion. Thank you for whatever and everything you do to help us keep going ! ❤️❤️❤️
