This summer we’re updating a bunch of workouts from our Step & Walk Across America Program! We’d love your feedback on which of the 50 states you’d most like to see redone.

This one was filmed in New Hampshire with beautiful Mt. Washington in the background. It was an amazing location… but it was also peak black fly season 🪰 and we got absolutely eaten alive. A lot of you mentioned the flies buzzing everywhere were pretty distracting (and kinda gross 😅).
