Here’s one of the Step and Walk Across New Zealand locations we filmed at. #BehindtheScenes at Scandrett Regional Park on the North Island in New Zealand. This place had the most stunning views, with the ocean 🌊 in the background, and sheep 🐑 wandering the lands which you can see in some of the pics. It was also fun to film a 10 minute step workout with Frank. He’s pretty flexible! 😂 Down on the beach there were piles and piles of shells to collect during low tide. Such a fun location! Excited for everyone to try this one out in the new year.
We loved the culture, vibrancy, and energy when filling in Mexico 🇲🇽 . For a moment, together we’ll enjoy a fantastic Mariachi Band while moving through our walking workout. We wanted to film a Step & Walk Workout with a night skyline and Perth, Australia was the perfect setting!
While we filmed the workouts at 4am in the morning we loved seeing the many bikers and joggers enjoying the beautiful city. By the time the workouts were almost done, the sun began to rise. Always love the family selfies that remind us of such a special time.

Can you spot the butterflies? 🦋 It was a dream come true to film step and walking workouts at the Mariposa Butterfly Sanctuary in Michoacán, Mexico. We moved so quietly and carefully to respect their delicate habitat. Can’t wait for you to experience these magical workouts surrounded by thousands of fluttering butterflies. Get ready to move your body in one of nature’s most stunning settings! This location’s going to be a good one!
What a fun experience to film with hot air balloons 🎈again for our Step and Walk Across the World Workout Programs.
The first time we filmed at the International Balloon Fiesta in New Mexico 7 years ago. It was extraordinary to be there for the grand ascension right before sunrise. The second time we were in Mexico. (The workouts in Mexico will be available at the new year 🥳🎊)

Filmed our latest Step and Walking workouts filmed at the iconic Boxing Croc in Humpty Doo, Australia! 🥊 Even in the sweltering Northern Territory heat 🥵, we couldn’t resist filming at this legendary spot.
After wrapping filming, we soaked up some magical moments at Mindil Beach – saw camel rides, an absolutely stunning sunset, and the beautiful sounds of a local Aboriginal musician sharing his song as we departed. 🎵✨
We also connected with a reputable local man to bring home some authentic Aboriginal art to honor this incredible experience.
