đŚ Session 1 of 7 | Winter: Awareness in Body and Mind đŚ
Our first session begins in the cold of winter. Grief manifests in the body as physical symptomsâoften as pain and tightness in the chest and throat, disrupted sleep, shallow breathing, frequent sighing, fatigue, and exhaustion. Our nervous systems shift into survival mode, a state of threat and danger.
Who does your heart miss today? As we begin, picture them in your mindâs eyeâperhaps during a happy time. See their face, say their name. Feel free to hold your loved oneâs name in your heart throughout the entire practice.
What does your heart miss today? Sometimes we find ourselves in a space where life has not gone as planned. We must allow ourselves to grieve what will never be.

We came back to give this workout the backdrop it deservedâand wow, did the Tetons deliver.
Hereâs what filming 50 workouts in 50 states has taught me: the location changes, but the work stays the same. Whether youâre stepping it out with mountain views behind you or in your living room at 6am before the kids wake up, youâre showing up. And thatâs everything.
The Tetons are stunning, but you know whatâs more impressive? The person who presses play on a Tuesday when they really donât feel like it. The one who listens to their body and modifies when they need to. The one who recommits after taking time off.
So when you show up for yourself and the ones you love, remember: youâre creating something powerfulâconsistency, strength, and a version of yourself who refuses to quit.

October 01 â 31, 2025
The October 2025 Fitness Challenge starts soon. Excited to start off this new month together!
For the month, each day there will be a set work out for the day. Cardio days will be a variety of walking or stepping workouts to get our hearts pumping. Weight training days weâll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. For flexibility days weâll enjoy yoga flow using our breath as we improve flexibility, mobility and stability. There will always be one restorative yoga/flexibility day per week.
As always, listen to your body, and consider giving yourself an active rest day at least once a week.

5 years ago we had a dream. Film Walk Across America, 30 minute cardio at-home workouts, in all 50 states. It was an amazing feeling to film at amazing locations all across America. Our dream has gotten even bigger. We now have walking workouts in Canada, the UK, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. Hoping to continue our travels across the world, where weâll be able to continue this amazing journey of health and wellness with each of you. Dare to dream big, and then dare to dream even bigger.
Been wanting to refilm workout 1 of 50 for the Walk Across America Program for a few years now. We were dying to capture it with the gorgeous fall leaves đ đ up in the mountains, so we waited until this weekend to catch them at their most magnificent.
Leave it to Tyler to find us the perfect view to film a workout in the middle of nature. Could not be happier with the results, especially considering it was pouring rain right before we started filming. đł

We drove to Teotihuacan, home to the incredible Sun and Moon pyramids. First stop? Filming with by stunning hot air balloons that actually carry people right over the ancient pyramids - what a view!
Between shoots, we had the most amazing lunch at La Cueva Teotihuacan. Picture this: being served incredible Mexican cuisine literally inside a cave. Unforgettable! đ˝ď¸
Then came the main event - the Sun and Moon Pyramids themselves. The spiritual energy here was astounding. They wouldnât let us bring our step bench inside, but Tyler spotted this perfect patch of grass that looked exactly like a natural step bench. It was like the universe provided exactly what we needed! â¨
The impact of this extraordinary place is still with us, and weâre so excited we get to be on this incredible journey with each of you! âĽď¸ (Coming January 2026)
