Filmed our latest Step and Walking workouts filmed at the iconic Boxing Croc in Humpty Doo, Australia! 🄊 Even in the sweltering Northern Territory heat 🄵, we couldn’t resist filming at this legendary spot.

After wrapping filming, we soaked up some magical moments at Mindil Beach – saw camel rides, an absolutely stunning sunset, and the beautiful sounds of a local Aboriginal musician sharing his song as we departed. šŸŽµāœØ

We also connected with a reputable local man to bring home some authentic Aboriginal art to honor this incredible experience.

Step and Walking workouts are fantastic becauseĀ they invite us to step away from our phones šŸ“± and daily stresses 😩.Ā When weĀ  dedicateĀ time and energy to protecting our beautiful hearts ā™„ļø, strengtheningĀ our muscles šŸ’Ŗ and Ā boostingĀ our mental health 🧠, it recharges us like nothing else. What an amazing experience itĀ is to sit down together and get to know each other, to learn a little about our lives, how we ā€œmetā€,Ā to laugh and most of all toĀ connect! We count it as one of our most treasured times in life. ā™„ļøĀ

The September 2025 Fitness Challenge starts soon. Excited to start off this new month together!

For the month, each day there will be a set work out for the day. Cardio days will be a variety of walking or stepping workouts to get our hearts pumping. Weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. For flexibility days we’ll enjoy yoga flow using our breath as we improve flexibility, mobility and stability. There will always be one restorative yoga/flexibility day per week.

As always, listen to your body, and consider giving yourself an active rest day at least once a week.

This will be a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.Ā Ā

Excited for our FreedomFit kids to join Frank stepping across the world. Each workout is in a different location, and is 10 minutes of fun stepping.

This is a little glimpse of behind the scenes. I stand behind the camera and he is in a shot repeating the cues. That kid has had good rhythm since the day he was born! It warms my heart ā™„ļø to pass on my love of step to the younger generation!
