Getting excited and nervous! We’ll be filming Step and Walk Across Australia and New Zealand this summer. The goal is to hit all 6 states as well as the two major territories. Then we’ll head to New Zealand and film on the North and South Islands. Excited to experience this new part of the world!
Amazing to think we began this journey filming workouts around the world in 2015. Getting to all 50 states in America took us 5 years. Whenever possible we took all our children on these filming adventures. It has been a treasure to meet up with some of our beautiful fitness friends along the way. Summer 2023 we filmed our Step and Walk Across the UK and Ireland Program. Then in the summer of 2024 we filmed Step and Walk Across Canada. January 2025, we wrapped filming Step and Walk Across Mexico.
When life slows for a moment, we take a breath and feel so incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to film workouts across the world. Please send good vibes our way that all our travels will go well. Thank you as always for your continued love and support. #togetherwearestronger

Day 9 is a Total Body Weight workout that can be done in less than 30 minutes. Work both the upper and lowe body. Let us know when you get it done ✅
Day 8 is a cardio day with a walking workout from our Walk Across America Program in Massachusetts. Let us know when you get it done ✅
Day 7 is a relaxing, restorative yoga session in Hawaii or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
Day 6 is a strength training day for the lower body. Warm-up first then move on to two more segments targeting the lower body. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Check in when you get it done. ✅
Day 5 is a step session from our Seven Summit Step Challenge, number 56 of 65, stepping virtually up Mt. Everest. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 4 we’ll be doing a yoga session to help decrease stress, increase flexibility, and to boost our mood overall while we tap into our gratitude. Thank you for letting us know your experiences with the challenge so far, and for checking in when you get a moment. Love that we’re in this together! ❤️
