Yoga Flow Days โ Beautiful yoga and mobility flows designed to increase flexibility, release tension, and help you move better in daily life.
Recovery & Reset Days โ Gentle, restorative movement or full rest days to help you recover, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.

I did the Walk Across the UK in Loch Ness, Scotland yesterday and it brought me back to my trip there a few years ago. I got a great workout and every time I spotted Nessie, I had the biggest smile on my face.

Our newest Coast to Coast step workout is up and ready here at Freedom.Fit ๐ฆ Our CTC series are for those enjoy more intermediate to advanced step workouts that begin with base moves and progress to more advanced. Hereโs a little behind the scenes for this workout.

Wanted to show you all the beautiful places where we filmed our Step & Walk Across Germany ๐ฉ๐ช and Austria ๐ฆ๐น workouts!
We also filmed Barre sessions and a super fun Coast to Coast Step workout along the way. ๐
The amazing locations we visited include: Frankfurt, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Munich, Neuschwanstein Castle, Austria, Cologne, Berlin, Schwerin Castle, Hamburg, and Kassel.
In total, we hit 101 locations across the world on this trip! ๐๐๐
