Day 9 is a total body strength training workout filmed in Oceanside CA. You’ll need two sets of dumbbells, one heavy and one light. We’ll do all exercises in a standing position. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ✅
Day 8 is a cardio walking workout filmed in Malibu, California. This is from our Walk Across America Program and was such a fun one to film. Great work protecting your beautiful heart! 💜 Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 7 is a Reatorative Yoga session. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day. Great work completing the first week of our challenge this month. ✅
Which program is the best one to lose a lot of extra kilos?
Day 6 we’ll warm up then focus on lower body strength training as well as the core. Check in when you get a moment and we love reading your experiences with each day. ❤️ Awesome job taking the time to take care of you!
Day 5 is a cardio session from our Seven Summit Step Chalkenge, number 36 of 65 for a virtual climb in Denali. Get your steps in and let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 4 we’ll be doing a yoga session to help decrease stress, increase flexibility, and to overall boost our mood. While we slow down together, we’ll focus on the things in life we’re grateful for. Day 3 is a strength training session. Start with warm-up then move through two sections of upper body strength with some focus on core work. End with an easy cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. Great work on the challenge so far everyone! 🙌
