Day 14 is 2 restorative yoga sessions, one with light stretching and one with breath work. Or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
Day 13 is a cardio day, number 1of 50 from our Step Across America program filmed in Utah. It’s a fun one with lots of back up people, and it’s especially fun to have my three oldest boys in the background. Day 11 is a strength training day. Warm- up first, then we’ll work the upper and lower body followed by a cool down. Both the upper and lower body segments are a little longer. Feel free to adjust your workout time to make it work for you. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ✅ Great work everyone!
Day 10 Is a cardio workout from our Step Across the UK and Ireland program. We’ll step together in Cardiff, Wales. It was such a fun experience to film on the High Street and just a small walk from the place we set up we could see the Cardiff Castle. Hope you enjoy, and let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 9 is a total body strength training workout filmed in Oceanside CA. You’ll need two sets of dumbbells, one heavy and one light. We’ll do all exercises in a standing position. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ✅

Day 7 is a Reatorative Yoga session. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day. Great work completing the first week of our challenge this month. ✅
