Day 4 we’ll be doing a yoga session to help decrease stress, increase flexibility, and to overall boost our mood. While we slow down together, we’ll focus on the things in life we’re grateful for. April 2025 Fitness Challenge
Welcome amazing Freedom Fit friends to our
next 30 Day Fitness Challenge. We're starting off this new month together! You'll notice for each of our cardio days, we'll be doing a variety of walking or stepping workouts. On weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. Our flexibility days will give us the opportunity to slow down and breathe as well as improve flexibility, mobility and stability.
Keep yourself accountable by checking in daily. This is a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.
Commit today to protect your beautiful heart, reduce stress this month, and just feel overall better. Look forward to reading your daily check-in's.

Day 28 is a RestorativeYoga session that is gentle and helps us to slow down and breathe and stretch. This is our chance to have an active rest day. If you’d like to take a full rest day, listen to your body and do what’s best.
Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check-in when you get it done, and let us know what you’re doing today. ❤️
