Day 10 is a walking workout filmed in Maryland from our Walk Across America Program. Enjoy 3 sections to get the heart pumping and keep moves either low or high impact depending on your goals. Let us know when you get it done ✅
Day 9 is a total body strength training workout filmed in Oceanside CA. You’ll need two sets of dumbbells, one heavy and one light. We’ll do all exercises in a standing position. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ✅
Day 8 is a cardio day stepping from one of our Seven Summit Step Challenge sessions. Hope you enjoy, and let us know when it’s done ✅
Day 7 is two Reatorative Yoga sessions. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day.
Day 6 is a strength training day for the lower body. Warm-up first then move on to two more segments targeting the lower body. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Check in when you get it done. ✅
Day 5 is a fun cardio day where we’ll learn individual dances for each song. Let us know what you think and when you get it done ✅
Day 4 is a beautiful yoga session in Hawaii. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 3 is a strength training session. Start with warm-up then move through two sections of upper body strength with some focus on core work. End with an easy cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. Great work on the challenge so far everyone! 🙌
