In our new Freedom.Fit Podcast, we talked about how there are times in life when we meet people, and they help shape the way we envision our future. We partnered with UK reality star Gemma Collins while filming our Step & Walk Across the UK Program a few years back. There was a brief moment when she looked into my eyes and said, “Oh, you film workouts all Across the World!” And it hit my heart like a lightning bolt. ⚡️ Have you ever had a moment like that? It’s pretty unforgettable!

Excited to film workouts in Germany. We leave soon. Germany will be our 10th country to film in. Thanks to everyone who posted their suggestions. Keep them coming!

Look at this little superstar in action! He's channeling his inner Jenny Ford, leading a walking class like a pro. A group fitness instructor in the making!

His mom sent me this adorable clip of her sweet boy cueing a walking workout—she says he genuinely joins in on the walking workouts with her, and his absolute favorite part is the forward and back! Way to go, mama, getting him moving early and making fitness a family thing.

This workout is from our Walk Across America Program, and was filmed right in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in front of the iconic stairs where Rocky trained in the movie Rocky. Such an epic, energizing spot to film!

And the big question remains: Who did it best? (Hands down, it's the little guy for me! )

The memories from when we filmed this workout 8 years ago in New Jersey by the Statue of Liberty are precious. This was when we drove across America from the West Coast to the East Coast with young kids, all crammed into our minivan. It was actually Tyler’s birthday on a hot June day. On this trip, the idea for the Step & Walk Across America Program was born. (This workout is part of our Coast to Coast Step series, for intermediate to advanced steppers.)

We truly treasure the moments we shared with our 4 boys, especially since losing our oldest. He was such a fantastic help on this trip, looking after his youngest brother, who was only 2 at the time. Life is precious. Life teaches us so much. Grateful to be going through life with my own family of creation. They’re all pretty fantastic. 💕

Thanks for being a part of our community. We wouldn’t be here without each and every one of you!

As we're getting ready to travel to Germany soon to film Step and Walk workouts, thinking back on the Giant’s Causeway in Ireland. It was an incredible location to film right as the golden hour approached. We flew into Ireland that morning, from London Heathrow, and decided to drive straight to the location to film, hoping that we’d have fewer people around. It worked like a charm, but we were racing to finish before we lost daylight.

There’s a fable told that the Giant’s Causeway was created by a giant named Finn MacCumhaill (MacCool), who is said to have had a fight with another giant, named Benandonnera. Benandonner, across the Irish Sea in Scotland, threatened Ireland, and Finn retaliated by tearing up great chunks of the Antrim coastline and hurling them into the sea.

Have you ever been here before? It’s worth a visit as it’s considered the 4th greatest natural wonder in the United Kingdom.

We’ve just released the 12th fitness snack step aerobics session as well as a separate Warm-Up and Cool-Down that you can add to any of the sessions as needed.

Finding time for fitness shouldn't be another stressor in our busy lives. That's why we've created the Fitness Snacks Series – making exercise accessible, enjoyable, and effective in just 10 'bite-size' minutes at a time.

Here’s the good news: some days we may need to break our exercise into "fitness snacks" throughout our day, we can enjoy the same health benefits while working around our schedule, breaking up our cardio into smaller segments during the day. We’d love to know what you think.

Jenny here! Quick update: plans shifted, and we’re now heading to Germany 🇩🇪 to film the next Step and Walk Workouts Across the World, 92–100! So excited to visit this amazing country. I’m doing the February challenge and love it so far, although I’ve jumped around a little on some of the days. I did day 9 today and it was quite a workout! My question when choosing weights - how heavy should weights be in general? I have 3, 5, and 8 pound weights that I’ve been using and they definitely feel heavy enough. I am just starting on strength training, though, so are these weight ranges going to be effective?
