Hi Jenny. Would you please suggest the best mid-length step? I have a 43” that I’ve had for quite a while but now that I’m 70 in finding that I’m a bit more hesitant on the jump overs and jump ups. I have been waiting for yours but haven’t seen it. I’m thinking matinee like the ones you use that done have risers but have a4-5” height? Appreciate your help!

Day 15 is a Walk & Weights workout where we’ll warm-up move on to the first cardio section then we’ll train our core using dumbbells. Next we’ll move on to the second cardio section followed by a cool-down. It’s a fun one. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 14 is 2 restorative yoga sessions, one with light stretching and one with breath work. Or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
