Day 17 is a yoga session where we’ll go through poses to stretch and strengthen every part of the body, as well as including breath work with a focus on releasing stress and anxiety. Be sure to modify the poses where needed. Go at a comfortable pace for your body. Let us know when you’ve completed this session.

Day 16 is a great cardio stepping day in Newfoundland. Again we warm-up in front of the Terry Fox statue, what an extraordinary young man, then we move to Signal Hill for our step combos. Happy stepping in this unique historical location. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 15 is a cardio day where we’ll walk in Newfoundland. Together we’ll start by a statue of Terry Fox and warm-up. Then we’ll move to Signal Hill and finish out our workout. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 14 is 2 restorative yoga sessions, one with light stretching and one with breath work. Or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
