Day 17 is a yoga session where we’ll go through poses to stretch and strengthen every part of the body, as well as including breath work with a focus on releasing stress and anxiety. Day 14 is 2 restorative yoga sessions, one with light stretching and one with breath work. Or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
