Day 10 is a walking workout filmed in Hartland, New Brunswick by the worlds longest covered bridge. What a charming little spot. Let us know when you get it done ✅
Day 9 is a total body weight workout. For this workout, you'll need a set of heavy dumbbells and a set of light dumbbells.
There are also options offered to use a kettlebell. A step bench is also required for this workout. Be sure to put on your favorite music, (we filmed with a beat track at 130 bpm), and enjoy a total body strength training workout. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
