Day 28 is a RestorativeYoga session. This is our chance to have an active rest day. Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check-in when you get it done, and let us know what you’re doing today. ❤️

Day 27 is a step workout filmed in Washington state. Its a fun one! We were there as a family and it was right after the Covid lockdown was lifted. What a time to be there! Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 26 is a strength training day. We’ll begin with a warm-up then move on to working both the upper and lower body. End with a cool down and stretch. Great work every body! We’re nearing the end of this months challenge. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
