Day 23 is a good one, Step and Weights 2 in Montana, a total body workout. We’ll warm-up then alternate step combos with weight training as we target each of the major muscle groups. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get this one done! ✅

Day 21 is a restorative yoga session or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
Day 20 is a cardio day where we’ll do 41 of 65 from the Seven Summit Step Chalkenge. Enjoy that stepping and “climbing” and let us know when you’ve got it done. ✅
Day 19 is from our Footloose series. It’s a total body weight workout where we’ll hit all major muscle groups. Let us know when you get it done. ✅ Fun fact: this high school is longer standing. They tore it down last summer.
