Day 12 is a 50 minute yoga flow session where we’ll slow down, connect to our breath, and work on strength, mobility and stability and focus on standing in our power. Check-in when you complete this session.
Day 11 is a strength training session and step. We’ll hit all major muscle groups after stepping and the final session focuses on the core. Do as much or as little as you can to make it work for you. These sections can be split up throughout the day as well. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ❤️
Day 10 is a walking workout filmed on the High Sttret of Cardiff, Wales. It was a busy little space, and we loved 🥰 filming there. Be sure to let us know when you get it done. Amazing work everyone! (And love that you make each day work for you and what your body needs.)

Day 7 is a Reatorative Yoga session. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day.
Day 6 is a weights section. Start with a warm- up and move through each weight section. End with a cool down and stretch. Let us know when you’ve got it done. We love reading your check- ins! ❤️
