Day 8, a step day to get our cardio in. Enjoy the view at the Dark Hedges in Ireland. There were so many people, and cars on the road that day! We had to cut filming so many times! But it was such a special place. Keep those check-ins coming! ❤️
Day 7 for the September Challenge is a restorative yoga session. Optional props needed for this session are a bolster or a cushion or a folded blanket and a yoga block. Enjoy taking a moment to slow down and do gentle stretches to restore the body. We’re at Day 7! Congrats on your consistent progress. Love reading your check-ins ❤️

Is anyone taking rest days? I usually work out 5 days then take 2 off....
Checking in. Like the challenges. Variety. Not a fan of yoga but will keep trying it. Maybewill grow on me and make me more flexible.
