Dat 10 ✔️✔️
Hi everyone,
I was wondering about the weights everybody is using, especially beginners. How much kg (or lbs I think the other measurement is) and which material. Do you have different weights (light, medium and heavy)? And what about colour (I sure know what is important 😉)? Some have pretty colours, I like colour. But I also like how Jenny's set looks. The same look, which is nice and calm.
Day 10 is cardio with a step workout in Idaho, part of the Step Across America Program. It’s a fun one! Great work everyone!
The other 3 exercisers in this workout had never done step before. They were all dance majors at the University close by and we hired them to film the step and walk workouts with us. They did a great job! ❤️ Not bad for first timers. 😀
Day 9 is a Total Body Weight Workoit from our 1984 Footloose ‘Moving with Movies’ Program. We’ll warm-up and work both the upper and lower body followed by a cool-down and stretch. Let us know when you’ve got Day 9 complete. How did you like training both the upper and lower body in one day? Look forward to your thoughts. ❤️
Day 8, a step day to get our cardio in. Enjoy the view at the Dark Hedges in Ireland. There were so many people, and cars on the road that day! We had to cut filming so many times! But it was such a special place. Keep those check-ins coming! ❤️
Day 7 for the September Challenge is a restorative yoga session. Optional props needed for this session are a bolster or a cushion or a folded blanket and a yoga block. Enjoy taking a moment to slow down and do gentle stretches to restore the body. We’re at Day 7! Congrats on your consistent progress. Love reading your check-ins ❤️
Day 6 we’ll warm up then focus on some lower body strength training. Check in when you get a moment and please keep the feedback of your experiences with each day coming. It’s wonderful to read and connect. ❤️
