Is anyone taking rest days? I usually work out 5 days then take 2 off....

Hello lovely fitness friends. For Day 3 of the challenge it is a weight training day, and you may notice that the following workouts are listed from the Mini to Mighty Program: Days 5, 3, 10, 12, and cool down. Day 5 is 5 min in total and will give you a good warm- up. Days 3, 10, and 12 are 3 min, 10 min and 12 min long and you can do them back to back. Then end this days workout with the cool down and stretch. Let us know if you have any questions about todays workout. Be sure to check in once you’re done! ❤️
