Today was a rough day at therapy for Jenny. What do you guys do to not take on and hold other peoples emotions? Exercise helps but sometimes it’s not enough. Jenny Ford This was a candid picture at the dentists office. Jenny was making sure I was doing okay.
What an extraordinary trip filming Step and Walk Across Canada 🇨🇦 in all 10 provinces. We began the trip on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls in Ontario. We ended up getting out at 5am to film to avoid crowds. Quebec City, Quebec was next. What a charming place! We filmed the Step and Wak workouts by the Parliament Building, and a Coast to Coast Step by the Fairmont la Chateau. This is going to be a fun one!
In New Brunswick we filmed at the Worlds Longest Covered Bridge in Hartland. Next at Prince Edward Island, we filmed at the Cape Tryon Lighthouse and some of the Anne Green Gables movies from 1985. Peggy Cove in Nova Scotia was a lovely place, and we were thrilled to find such a great view. Then in Newfoundland St. John’s, we filmed at Signal Hill. In Winnipeg Manitoba, we filmed in front of the Human Rights Museum. Saskatchewan was next and we felt the golden fields for miles was a great representation. Banff in Alberta was like having you’ve ever experienced, and Lake Louise was stunning. To end the trip, we ended up filming in Victoria, British Columbia by the Parliament Buildings. Can’t wait for everyone to try this program!
