How do you download a video from the phone. It says download to view offline. Then browse content. But when you click on the content and find a video, there is no download button anywhere. I’m on an iPhone 15. Thanks!

Wonderful workout- but a request across the board: please make a sliding scale speed. Not just 100 and then down to 75%. I’m needing an 84-88 for now, so 100 is too fast and 75 is too slow. YouTube videos have a sliding scale, so it would be a big upgrade for you to have this as well! Right now I’m exercising with you, but not to your beat, which is a bit confusing. None of the steps work out. Thanks!

Is there a way to slide the speed scale? I see 100% (currently too fast for me), then 75% (too slow). Is there a way to hit 85-87 ish? Thanks! I’m new here
