Enjoyed this one!

I love, love, love yoga! I have done it for several years now and even taught some classes. In recent years I’ve had a hard time with kneeling poses because of arthritis, and missing cartilage in my knees. So I have to modify those poses. But I still love the way yoga makes me feel.

Day 3 done! I think my shoulders are going to be sore tomorrow.

Finished!! First of all, I have to admire your ability to stay focused with so many people walking around you! Second, at first I found the warm up to be really fast. 🥵I was having a hard time keeping up. 😂Eventually I was able to settle in to the workout.
