I have a compromised lower back (L4/5, S1/2) so I can't "jump" or "hop" up/down on the step. I do big arm circles and raise myself to the balls of my feet---and my lower back will tolerate that. So, this was "HIIT-enough" for me! Thanks!

Hope you enjoyed some blue crab while you were in Maryland!
Base Camp #13...the peak is right there...almost within a fingertip's reach. The last pitch beckons...
Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse...when we were there (1996), we were favored with sun and clear skies! It was AWESOME!
Finally got those bump-bump-crossover moves...finally. Made bivy here at Basecamp 12...13 and 14 to go!
Center City Philadelphia...definitely my old "stomping" grounds when I was growing up! Spent many happy hours exploring the Museum, the Library, and the Ben Franklin Institute! Thanks for this one...and now on to Mt. Rushmore!!!

I'm lovin' the 7 Summits challenge! I've got 3 more base camps to bag Mt. Everest. How 'bout doing the "Colorado 14ers" for the next challenge???

The "high altitude" got me at about 3900 steps, had to finish out with basics...but I made it to Base Camp #11...whew...
Finished it...without getting my feet wet!
