Okie-dokie!!! Made to the base camp! Loved that "Around the World" step lunge!

OK...this one was tough. My feet kept moving, and I kept stepping...although my feet and my steps weren't always where yours were! But I got through the whole routine, sorta figured out that travel-side-leg move thing, so I'll revisit this one until I get nail it!

Hey Jenny! I'm 70 years old and followed you on YouTube and now I'm joined Freedom.Fit! Daily exercise has been part of my landscape since the days of VHS, Jazzercize, and Jane Fonda (along with the spandex body suit, leg warmers, etc.). I'm planning on doing step aerobics for the next 30 years...hope you keep cranking out the great exercise programs for that long, too!

Got a little wobbly-legged for the last 200 steps...but I made it to Base Camp 1 of the Mt. Everest climb!
Enjoyed this workout, but the soundtrack was just off a half-beat.
Bagged the peak! ... and now onto the last one...
Looking forward to bagging the peak next time!

This is a first run-through for me, just about got the HIIT moves, but I'll do this one again tomorrow so that I learn the steps that are new to me!

Hey jenny! I was strong right to the end! I have to modify the "hop" high-intensity moves to accommodate a dodgy lower back, so I do energetic arm circles rather than the hop. That does elevate my heart rate, so it works for me!
