Yes I was there 5 years ago, we drove around the Cabot Trail and also went to Peggy’s Cove. The people were very nice and there was a bagpiper playing on “the rock”. A lot of Scots immigrated there so they have a Scottish tradition going waaay back. I’m a Canadian and this place was a beautiful weeks holiday! Halifax is also a beautiful small city, we loved it!

I’m 67. Doing step off and on since the 90’s. Bench at 6” now. Feels right. Happy to say my knees are great! I do two days of step, around 40-50 minutes for 2 days, then take the third day off. Looking at your 14 day step and weighs program knowing I have the beginning of osteoporosis and now need upper body work. I always listen to my body, as you reinforce that continually. I try to “honour where I am” on any particular day. I’m inspired and motivated by you, greetings and cheers to you and yours👏😍

I really like this one! Challenging and fun choreography! I keep coming back to it.🙂

Tyler Ford all is well, I figured it out 😊

I used the risers in the 90’s. Over the years I’ve stepped on and off and gradually came to realize that risers are not necessary at all. It was a “aha” moment. I believe now, at 67, that risers are not contributing to my fitness goals. I’m more aware of my body and what it likes to do. Risers, at this point, could cause repetitive injury to me. I have to be careful not to get an injury because step will no longer be on the table for me! I love step! I want to continue in the future! I also would like to say that having work outs based on their length is a wonderful feature that helps me decide what work out to do based on what my body feels like on any particular day. I’m more of an intermediate/ experienced stepper and it’s great to have these options!

I’ve been doing Pagosa Spring, with horses! Best workout ever! Thanks for doing this one- or are there two? Have you ever considered doing an overhead filming tutorial for some of the trickier moves in your “ not for beginners “ selections? I think this would be a great way to move ahead in my fitness journey. Thank you for everything you do!

Had trouble with the alternate knee lift move. It was introduced late in the game when my brain wasn’t working anymore! Super sweaty workout, I love working around and across the step!

Love this one! I like to work across and around the step! I like the choreography- not too tricky but has spin options! It’s my all time second favourite. Not falling off the step= win!😂

I’m really happy I signed up! Working out on my old step every day! Enjoying coast to coast even if I don’t fully grasp some of the moves especially the ones where my back is turned away and I can’t see! La dee da, I just sub in some of my own moves and voila- work out is done! At 67 I’m trim, got my dopamine fix and ready for whatever the day brings! Thankyou Jenny, happy trails.

I keep my work outs consistent by putting them first. This is what I do just for me because of how it makes me feel, a blast of dopamine. Feeling relaxed and alert. I love step, all the different things you can do on a step keeps it fresh. If I don’t get a move- no biggie, I just substitute my own crazy move. Don’t care if I’m not in time. I catch up or slow down for a minute. Jenny, keep doing what you’ve been doing long time now. You help so many people to feel good.
