Hahaha…I’m so stupid 🤪 I’ve been seeing these mini workout adverts on this site and I thought you were selling actual snacks, like some kind of food 😂🤣 So then just today I clicked on it and discovered it’s a “snack” of exercise. Gawd, feeling like a complete idiot.

I remember back to the year 1989 when I helped the instructor unbox around 30 steps. Ever since then I’ve been a fan. I had to stop in 2009 because my feet were literally wearing out. My job as a full time nurse became more important so I had to stop doing step to conserve my feet. I retired about 8 years ago. Then came COVID and I started gaining weight. When the pandemic hit I thought it would be a good time to try it again. I absolutely love stepping. The more challenging the choreography the better! It’s a challenge to learn them and so satisfying when you nail it. My mood is lighter which keeps the black dogs of depression away. I’m very grateful for all your videos but of course I have my favourites! One thing I would like to see is more complicated choreography in a 30ish minute work out.

I’ve witnessed the absolute devastation of schizophrenia to the person who has it, their families and friends. The diagnosis is heart breaking.I feel that it’s not well uunderstood by most people, much education is needed, as well as more support for those suffering, or those people who love them. My heart goes out to you. I re-started my stepping the day before the pandemic isolation began. It really helped me cope with a lot of things going on in those years. 5 years in I’m still stepping 4-5 times a week. Doing the 50 minute ones quite often. I love stepping since I started in the 80’s then rediscovered it again in 2021. I don’t know how I would cope without exercise. Love your Gran Hotel in Mexico City video because it’s gorgeous there and the music is a joy to me!

I really like this one. Travelling diagonally across, straddling, kickbacks going across. I can’t do 12 Tapbacks so sub in 6 sidewards and then 6 Tapbacks. Near the end, I changed the jog ups into bench to floor x steps. I’ve done step off and on for more than 30 years and I remember all the moves, but I can’t do bouncy anymore 😊😰

Whew, love the scenery! This one was too much for me today. The repetitions , oh my!

Music is irritating, quit after 5 minutes

Whew! Finally got this one! Loved the backwards leg around stomps and the chacha pivets even when my back wasn’t facing you. I now can recognize it by the shovel in the background and it’s my new go-to! Thanks for putting it all together.

Hi Jenny! I have resurrected step since the week Covid arrived in our area. Lately I have enjoyed coast to coast, and I love those Canada workouts too! I’m 68 years old and I’m stepping with you for 50 minutes 5x a week wondering if you would be able to put together some challenging workouts for osteoporosis prevention, pelvic floor, cardio vascular health, flexibility and endurance. Kind of like a program for over 50 ish. These are some of our issues and I think it would be popular. You have many videos that would be helpful for a group of women post menopausal.

One of my favs! I love the scenery, especially the horses. Just long enough for me but not too easy, I like a challenging workout in under 45 minutes- it’s perfect!
