Kim de Bruijn Hi Kim, got the blocks. Still not too sure how to use them as I structions a bit vague,but following where Jenny is using them on the sessions.

Done. I can get into downward dog and plank, it's the getting up again and moving feet forward that is a major struggle. I see Jenny, so graceful, elegant, flexible and smooth movements; me, I'm more shuffle, stagger, lurch, shuffle some more, pause, rewind back 10 seconds, and continue 😂. Still, I'm doing it and I've now got a yoga block to see if this will help 🙏🧘 😺

Completed both. Have done the first workout before, great love the sunlight racing towards you as the sun rises 🌅

Found the abs and core to be a very challenging workout, short, effective, and for me, difficult to do. I really need to practise in this area, my core is obviously very weak 🥴. Will certainly incorporate this into my weekly routine - 3 times a week??
