This is a great all round body workout. Done it a few times now slowly increasing the weights.
Jenny, would love to see a couple more of these all round total body workouts, just to give a bit of variety in one complete session. Currently mixing and matching some of the mini to mighty sessions, but you have to break off the get the next one lined up xx

Would love to see some 40-45 minute strength training with weights for days when 30 mins too short, but 60 mins too long
