Woo hoo, reached halfway point. This was a very sweaty workout really enjoyable. Plenty of L steps which got the heart rate up 💗

You are certainly showing Canada locations at their most scenic. I've never been there, but having seen your locations so far feel I must visit in the future.

Great upper body workout for this latest addition to the weights M2M programme, probably new favourite, time flew by.

What I love most about this programme is being able to tailor section together based on time constraints and if I want full body, lower body or upper body only on a specific day.

This is a good comprehensive all round challenging workout. Some moves I had not done before on Jenny's previous workouts. However managed all except struggled a bit with the Burpees and the one where on floor in front of bench, legs out and dip the arms. I think my knees and elbows are getting old ( or more probably need to further build my strength up in these areas 😂😂)

Good all round body workout. I struggled a bit with the weights I was using for the upper body, so have dropped down half a kilo - hopefully will be able to go back up again soon (only just returned to the strength training, shows how you can go backwards not keeping this up regularly)
