Yes flexibility and strength definitely improving, and an added bonus I've lost 6 pounds too since the beginning of Sep 😊

Day 26 done, love these weights sessions. Today one section upper body, two lower body. I felt quite ambitious today so also added in the 10 min weight M2M upper body as well as my arms felt a bit neglected 😍. Super session

Day 25 done. The 5 step side kicks initially easy, then harder as progressed - but kept up and managed all. Great workout.
