I'm not sure on the version. I do know my newest, 4K i have no problem. I'm sure it's because it's older. We are planning on getting new ones soon. Thank you for responding

Is the Freedom Fit app not available through older Amazon Firesticks? I am unable to find the app on one of my Firesticks. I believe its an older one. Just thought I would check. Thanks.
