This looks amazing. can't wait ! I've always dreamed of flying to Canada (I'm from France). 

this put me back to exercising after the summer. 😀 thanks. If starting a series like this (1 to 6), do you recommend to do it every day for 6 days in a row or once a week for instance ?

WHAOUH! make sure you can take a long shower after this one ! 

I started step workouts during the lockdown thanks to you Jenny !. Back then I remember this was still too hard for me because of revolving steps. I just did this workout today and not only did I enjoy it but I found it almost easy ! 

Also I think the 40 minutes length is perfect for me. It really helps me working out on a day to day basis. Thanks !

I was on that amazing scenery in 2017 for vacation and it reminded me great memories!

I thought it would not meet my needs for choreography because you said it would be more athletic, but still, I found it challenging enough with a few moves I didn't know.

Great workout ever ! during the lockdown I wasn't ready for this level, but I tried one of those training yesterday and this one today. Now i couldn't get enough of this kind ! 🙏
