May 23rd : i've reached a 44%. 10 more days to go and I may reach 50% of this challenge which is a record for me 😅 I will be really happy if I make it. thanks again @jenny for these challenges it helps us to remain consistent.

I do  this outdoor workout session often and I love it more and more ! Time flyes. great balance between cardio and weights. One of my favorites ever ! thank you Jenny again.🥰

I'd love to have: 

outdoor step & weights and walk and weights sessions > 40 to 45 minutes like those in montana were awsome

outdoor intermediate sessions like those in pagosa springs : 35 minutes is great and easy to squizz in at my mid-day break

full body training sessions : 30 to 45 minutes (I like it also with friends)

more short sessions for the core : 10 to 15 minutes are easy to add to previous 30 or 45mn session.

walk across..

It may sound very demanding but it's just great to exercise with you Jenny ! 😍

Just loved the Idaho walk session !😍 I felt very lazy at first but the potato moves and your friends really made a difference. It was joyful and unexpected. thanks a lots !!!! 😍

Step in Arkansas killed me especially when trying to stay in aeroby state. but i'm glad I did it !!

I started this challenge with day 3 instead on day because I have more time on week ends. So I keep 30mn sessions for week days. Do happen to do that too sometimes ?
