Just finished the first session of the year, yeah ! I'm proud I did, but this  cardio walk turned to be the best way to start over a sports year especially after a busy new year's eve ! 😅 Very energetic! thanks Jenny  for this new challenge.🤩

Just discovered this series today climbing on mount Anacongua during November challenge of this year. I loved it ! And I found out there were 65 of them.  30 to 40 mn is the best length for me, except for step&weights session where I can do more. I really don't knowwhy I had not tried before. Again thank you Jenny for this very creative and motivating challenge !😍

As it started fast I  thought i would not make it to the end but i did !  I think 30 to 35mn lenght is great for everyday exercise, but 45 to 48 mn is great for week ends, especially divided into 4 combos ! I definitely put it in my favorites. You should make more of this kind sometimes. 😍

You're right awsome place!  We were there last summer and loved it. Have not yet tried this workout but I will soon. IT will definitely be a nice memory as well. 😀
