This was a great workout. I burned more calories than normal, which is always a plus the only thing is, I need a Slower version with counts on combo three. I really like the moves, but I couldn’t keep up. So I think I need to learn the counts better. And also the steps. Do you have a video with a slower version of those moves?

Hi Jenny,

As a paid subscriber can I access the October challenge through the app? I’m having to go through hoops to log in using my email and password. I thought I could just access the challenge through the app.

Had to keep my eyes on the bench more for this one. Great workout! I did slow the tempo a notch for the last combo. Think the end of combo 2 took me to my max! Lol Thank you for the challenge!
