This was my second time doing this workout. It was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the fancier moves. I confess I did not do yesterday’s workouts, because I could not resist the new Coast-to-Coast step instead.

Out of all the yoga videos so far, this one was probably my favourite. I especially liked the balance moves and also where we pressed the tops of our feet into the ground. That one felt wonderful.
