The time flew by while I was people-watching. I loved seeing the different poses.

I remember your live Covid workouts very fondly. They got me through the rough early days of the tight lockdowns. They were such an important lifeline for me and I will always be so grateful for that. If you ever decide to offer another live step workout, I will be there!

So much fun! Your Mini-to-Mighty series was great for my rehab, but I am so happy to be back to “real” choreography. My next goal will be to add some of the jump moves!

I think I’m going to get a lot of use from this series, either as add-ons to other workouts (sometimes I find the 30-minute workouts a bit short for cardio), or to use on time-crunched days when 10 minutes is all I can fit in. Thanks!

I love this concept! I enjoyed this one and am looking forward to trying the rest!

Susanne Duscha than you so much for your kind words! Jenny’s Mini to Mighty series has truly been a blessing because it has allowed me safely and steadily progress as directed by my physiotherapist.

Great work Susanne! So true about sleeping well after a good workout!

I am up to day 22 of your Mini and Mighty step program, as I continue to recover from my knee injury. I cannot wait to get back your “regular” step workouts. Seeing the picture from the Saskatchewan step makes even more determined to continue on my recovery - that one was a lot of fun. I am excited to hear that more weight workouts will be coming in the future! Happy Easter to you and your family.

Hi Jenny! I did it! Got the green light from my physiotherapist to start some gentle stepping for a few minutes at an easy pace, and I thought what better place to start than your Mini to Mighty program. It will be a while before I am back to your Coast to Coast workouts, but I am overjoyed that I can at least do something. I am so grateful that you created this program. Thank you!!
