Merry Christmas Jenny! What a wonderful gift to wake up to on Boxing Day. I knew you had filmed a Coast to Coast workout on your Canada trip, but I was not expecting it to be released so early. I absolutely loved every minute of the choreography. It was loads of fun and a great challenge for both mind and body. Anxiously counting down the days until the rest of the Canada series is released. I hope you had a wonderful holiday with family and friends and wishing you much health and happiness in the New Year!

Great idea to offer a choice of cardio! Of course, will always go with step when given a choice. Thanks

I enjoyed seeing the lighthouse in the background in the Maine walk. Loved the intensity options. Thanks!

Good luck on your upcoming licensing test! I can’t believe the Canada series is just around the corner. I always find January to be a rough month after the holidays are over, and with the long, cold days, so I am really looking forward to this.

Gorgeous scenery. I had always avoided the Step Across America series because I thought it was too “easy”, but I always get my heart rate up and break a sweat, and it’s nice to give my brain a rest from trickier choreography. I needed this today. Thanks!

Susanne Duscha I’ve been stepping for almost 30 years now (yikes!) but in the beginning, it took me a LOT of work to master the more intermediate and advanced choreography. I would just focus on one segment at a time and keep repeating it until I got it (this was back in the VHS days, so the rewind button was used a lot). Jenny is such a great cuer, and explains new moves into a very clear manner, so that is a big help. I just love the variety in the C2C series. I am so focused on paying attention to the moves that the time really flies by!
