Another new one for me today. I am really enjoying not having to decide on a workout each day, and I am getting to try out a variety of workouts that I might not have othwise done. Thanks!

Added this on to today’s step workout. It was fun and effective. I know you have lots of new videos in the works for us, but would you ever consider filming a few more short workouts incorporating a stability ball, when time permits? It’s such a great tool for core and stability work.

I was low-key worried about the water creeping in during the third combo! Perfect length for a weekday step, then I added on a short core workout. Thanks!

Did yesterday’s London Bridge walk today and then had an in-person dance class. Loved seeing all the runners in the background. Must have been tricky to avoid any collisions but you handled it well!

I’m not sick this week, but I’ve been there before and I know how it feels! I know how it can feel like you’ll never recover. Don’t worry about missing a few days, as that will likely have no impact on your overall fitness, and the recovery time will do your body good. Take care!

First day of the challenge and I am already modifying. Because of my schedule, I did tomorrow’s longer Footloose step today, and will be doing today’s shorter London Bridge walk tomorrow - it just fits with schedule a little better that way. Looking forward to another great month. Love that I don’t have to put any thought into selecting a workout - saves me so much time!

So excited to hear about the upcoming Coast to Coast HIIT workout. The weather at your cabin looks absolutely stunning. I will be following along with the October fitness challenge, but will likely modify it a bit. I try to fit in at least one longer cardio session a week, usually on the weekends, so I may sub in some longer Coast to Coast step workouts for some of the more basic step workouts in the schedule. Nothing makes me as happy as a good intermediate/advanced step routine! Looking forward to the challenge!
