I agree! I have to confess I am skipping the yoga days (I gave it a try during September but I just don’t think yoga is my thing) but I love having a step or walking workout already planned out for me so I can jump right in. It’s also giving me an opportunity to discover workouts beyond your coast to coast series (although those are by FAR my favourites and I drop everything when you release a new one!!!!)

I did the Zombie Step today, since I’ll be busy tomorrow handing out candy. Wouldn’t be Halloween without this workout - it’s tradition now!
