I did the Zombie Step today, since I’ll be busy tomorrow handing out candy. Wouldn’t be Halloween without this workout - it’s tradition now!

I agree! I have to confess I am skipping the yoga days (I gave it a try during September but I just don’t think yoga is my thing) but I love having a step or walking workout already planned out for me so I can jump right in. It’s also giving me an opportunity to discover workouts beyond your coast to coast series (although those are by FAR my favourites and I drop everything when you release a new one!!!!)

Hi Jenny - not sure yet what workouts I’ll get in over the weekend, but I wanted to take the time to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving weekend from Canada, especially in honour of your recent visit here. I am very thankful for all the wonderful step workouts you continue to produce for us all!

Another new one for me today. I am really enjoying not having to decide on a workout each day, and I am getting to try out a variety of workouts that I might not have othwise done. Thanks!

Added this on to today’s step workout. It was fun and effective. I know you have lots of new videos in the works for us, but would you ever consider filming a few more short workouts incorporating a stability ball, when time permits? It’s such a great tool for core and stability work.
