I am going to have to find a mini to mighty yoga collection because I am not handling these over 45 minute yoga videos at all. Just do as much as I can and pick a walk or step video to get cardio in.

I really enjoyed the first week, although I am still not sure about yoga (hard to slow down when cardio has been the norm forever!) it felt good getting back into weights, especially since I added either a Mexico walk or step video first. Thanks again Jenny for this.

So, it doesn’t matter the order? Just get all 48 videos done in March or is there a calendar I am missing that shows cardio, strength, flex days?
