A good question, Evelyn! I have the same focus on losing weight like you! I always sweat most when I do exercises of the Step and Weights programs or the step exercises with integrated HIIT sections. Sweating a lot is very important for losing weight, I suppose. However, I know about myself that exercising only isn't enough. I have to change my diet. This is, I guess, the hardest thing to do for me, because I'm a "chocoholic" and I love delicious food! It's not easy at all and maybe we can motivate each other! ๐ค
