Day 26 completed. These weight sessions were very easy to follow. I also liked the easy warm up with the stepping bench as part 1. I did all the workouts from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., so nobody's online anymore, except me. That's a pity, but I'm a night owl. 🤷🏼‍♀️
