As I was on a long cycling tour yesterday, I did day 27 today ( Step in Saskatchewan ) as a substitute for today's yoga session. Furthermore, I added 1 & 2 of the great new fitness bits. This worked very well for me . Thank you, Jenny, for all the opportunities! πŸ€—πŸ’ž

I hope everybody had or still has a nice Easter holiday. As I had to prepare some food for two family reunions, I couldn' t exercise yesterday and the day before yesterday , so I decided to do day 19 and day 20 today instead of today's yoga session. This was a good decision after all the warm food, cakes and sweet dishes ! That is to say: I needed a lot of quick movements to burn all the extra calories.πŸ˜‰πŸ€©
