I hope everybody had or still has a nice Easter holiday. As I had to prepare some food for two family reunions, I couldn' t exercise yesterday and the day before yesterday , so I decided to do day 19 and day 20 today instead of today's yoga session. This was a good decision after all the warm food, cakes and sweet dishes ! That is to say: I needed a lot of quick movements to burn all the extra calories.πŸ˜‰πŸ€©

Today I finished day 18 of the April fitness challenge. The exercise lasted 45 minutes and that was perfect for me today. I feel relaxed enough now to sleep well tonight, which is absolutely fine. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ₯°

Day 15 & 16 done today! It was hard work , but it was worth it ! I' m proud of myself of not giving up and finishing both exercises in full. I had to do this because yesterday I couldn' t find the time to exercise. Thank you, Jenny the workouts were good fun. Rhode Island beach ( day 15) is a beautiful place and I loved the funky music of section one in exercise no. 16. My favourite move on day 16 : The knee hop overs - and I always like mambo steps. πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ»

Normally yoga isn't my preferred type of exercise, but today I enjoyed these two restorative yoga sessions a lot. I felt very calm and relaxed afterwards, my nervousness was gone, a fine preparation for a good night sleep! πŸ€—πŸ˜΄πŸ§‘

Day 13 done! What I like especially about this workout is the feeling to workout in a group of nice and motivated people. All persons in this video look happy and have a lot of fun exercising together. The landscape in the background is great, Utah is beautiful ! πŸ€—πŸ’“

Day 9 & 10 done today!

Yesterday I went on a long hiking tour, so I was too exhausted to exercise afterwards.

Day 9 and 10 were a great mix for me today, I felt well trained after exercising. Thank you so much, Jenny. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ«ΆπŸΌ

You made a big step forward by stopping to smoke! Congratulations, Evelyn! However, I've often heard that people gain weight when they cease to smoke. Stay put by exercising with all of us, then you'll be successful on your way to a healthier lifestyle. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ«ΆπŸΌ
