Lisa Sheppard I can understand you very well, Lisa. I also like other workouts more, like 'Step and Weights' for example, or the 'Step Across...' or 'Weights Across....' series. However, after complaining during some poses , I feel a great relaxation afterwards.

Shara Cooper Hello Shara, I think it's a very clever idea of you to look for modifications from time to time, because -like Jenny always says- ' every day is different'. Day 24 done 🌟 , I felt more flexible compared to the yoga sessions before. I have a special flat yoga cushion that helps me with all poses where the pressure is on the hands / wrists, that is to say all plank poses, like the downward dog etc. πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸ»
