This was a perfect reward for all of us for the great body / fitness work we did the last two weeks! We all can be proud of ourselves! This little exercise was complete relaxation. As Jill said: One could switch the world off for 30 minutes. I couldn't have said it any better! πŸ€—πŸ«ΆπŸ‘πŸ»

Day 13 done. I'm a big fan of these UK / Ireland exercises, too. Wonderful landscapes, great atmosphere. - I'm looking forward to the Canada series that will be launched in December 2024 or January 2025! πŸ€—πŸ₯³

Done: Day 13 - Sept. challenge 2024 πŸ™‚πŸ™ƒπŸ€—πŸ«Ά

TAMARA WATERS Thank you for being so honest, Tamara. Me and some of the other participants of this challenge feel the same : yoga is much more challenging than other exercises, that's what I ( and others, too) had to learn. However, I feel that from one exercise to the next it' s getting a bit better, but it takes time. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ«ΆπŸ€—

Day 12 -yoga- done completely, but I definitely need more practice and flexibility while trying to get one foot between the thumbs before moving upwards into Warrior One. πŸ«£πŸ€πŸ˜‚

Day 12 done - September challenge 2024. Yoga: A big challenge for me, as I have to improve my flexibility for some of the poses. πŸ™‚πŸ™ƒπŸ‘πŸ»

Jill O Me too. The most challenging part in yoga for me is getting one foot between the two thumbs before moving to Warrior One. I always think that my back won't make it through this pose. 🫣🀭

Jenny Ford Thank you, Jenny! πŸ˜ŠπŸ’ž

Kim de Bruijn You're right when you modify the exercises according to your form of the day. During the Abs and Core exercise I was happy that Jenny presented three different ways to do the different poses. That is to say: Some of the exercises I could go a little more difficult, during other exercises I chose the easier modification instead. However, you can be proud if yourself, because you made it through the exercises, Kim! πŸ€—πŸ«ΆπŸ‘πŸ»
