Yay, I did it ! 🥳 Day 1 of the 30 days fitness challenge September 2024! What I love most are the HIIT Power pushes and the surf n' wave arms and legs. Very sweaty indeed, cause I have to loose weight! 👍🏻🫶💞🙂🙃

Absolute relaxation! That was wonderful and a relief for my aching back. After this session I had no back pains any more. I'm so thankful! 🤗🫶💞

I love all the swing overs, the hop overs, the mambo cha-chas and the ham curls on top of the bench. This is all included in this short workout. That's so great. Thank you, Jenny! 🤗🫶💞
